Frank Campion, Welland Councillor Ward 2, has lived his entire life in Welland. He is proud of the community he serves and is dedicated to ensuring that the city be an affordable, safe, viable and enjoyable place to live, work and raise a family. He has a long record of fighting for fiscal responsibility when it comes to deciding how taxpayer money should be spent. He has worked for open and transparent decision making so that the people who fund local government (you, the taxpayer) know how your money is being spent.

Every dollar spent should provide a return to the people of the municipality. That return can take the form of improved quality of life, better services, safety, recreation etc. His idea is to eliminate waste and get best value for your dollar while minimizing cost to the taxpayer.

Frank has also led the fight to maintain accessible, quality health services for Welland and South Niagara. This is by no means a simple battle but one that he has pledged to fight to the bitter end. He has said that "no stone should be left unturned". This fight continues and the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care along with the LHIN and NHS will continue to be pressured to provide the health care services the people of this riding need and deserve.
